We liked the yoga very much. The yoga teacher was excellent. The doormen were very personable and the wait/beach staff were terrific. The concierges were quite helpful. The spa ladies were great and we got a beautiful conditioning treatment from a lady that was very professional and thorough. The house car drivers were very thoughtful and pointed out good areas to go.The two front-of-house ladies on the breakfast shift were gracious and welcoming—one was very young and the other had long dark straight hair in a pony tail. The cleaning ladies did a great job on our room.

Everything was perfect, staff treats you like royalty & family at the same time. Upon check in our kids got free stuffed animals, they loved the pool, & especially loved the ice cream gelato cart. Everything we ate (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was divine. We literally felt like we didn’t need to leave the property. The view of the beach & pool/beach side service is unmatched.

This property is beautiful. from the fresh, exotic flowers to the gorgeous color palette throughout, this hotel expressed casual elegance at its best. The service was unsurpassed. He person that worked at the Four Seasons made us feel like royalty. we loved the beach/pool assistance, the food, the shampoo and conditioner! there's so much to like. we cannot wait to return.
